Following our call, we schedule an in-home consultation where we walk through your space together, discuss your vision in detail, and explore possibilities. We'll talk about your aesthetic preferences, functional requirements, budget parameters, and timeline expectations.
Detailed Proposal & Project Agreement
Based on our consultation, we create a comprehensive proposal outlining the scope of work, design services included, and investment details. This proposal clearly defines what you can expect throughout our collaboration, from initial concepts to final installation. Once you approve the proposal, we formalize our partnership with a signed agreement and collect the initial deposit. This marks the official launch of your design journey, and we immediately begin the creative process.
Creative Design & Development
Our design team dives deep into creating your customized vision. We develop concept plans that establish the aesthetic direction, along with refined color palettes that set the tone for your interiors. You'll then approve a furnishing investment estimate based on the established scope of work. Once approved, the detailed design process begins. During this phase, we also coordinate with our trusted network of trades: contractors, painters, electricians, and other specialists, to obtain accurate estimates for any construction or installation work required.
Detailed Design Presentation
We invite you to an exciting reveal where we present your complete design vision. You'll see the full picture: floor plans, furniture selections, lighting fixtures, window treatments, accessories, and every finishing detail. We walk you through each element, explaining our choices and how they work together to create a cohesive, beautiful space. You will receive all-in pricing for every detail of the design based on the approved furnishing investment estimate, as well as estimates from trades. This is your opportunity to ask questions, request refinements, and ensure every detail reflects your vision before we move forward.
Procurement & Project Management
Once you approve the design, we handle all the complex logistics. We place orders for furniture, fixtures, fabrics, and finishes, carefully tracking each item from order to delivery. Our team coordinates with vendors, manages production timelines, and schedules deliveries to ensure everything arrives when needed. We also schedule and oversee all trade work, maintaining close communication with contractors to keep your project on track. Throughout this phase, you'll receive weekly updates on your project progress, so that you always know what is happening behind the scenes.
Professional Installation & Final Styling
Installation day is where your vision comes to life. Our team coordinates the delivery and placement of every piece, working with professional installers to ensure perfection. We personally oversee the installation process, styling each room with meticulous attention to detail, from furniture arrangement and artwork placement to styling surfaces and adding those final finishing touches. Depending on the project scope, installation may be completed in one day or span multiple days. When we're finished, we conduct a thorough walkthrough with you, ensuring every detail exceeds your expectations and you feel completely at home in your beautifully transformed space.
